Hugh de Plessets, who, doing his homage in April, 1263, had livery of the manors of Oxenardton, Kedelinton, and Stuttesdon, co. Oxford, which were his mother's inheritance; the two former being holden of the king by barony, for which manors in the 48th Henry III [1264] he paid £100 for his relief. This feudal lord m. Isabel, dau. of John de Riparius, and dying in 1291, was s. by his son, Hugh de Plessets.
